New early console styled game.

Very early on in my return to the hobby of my youth - programming - I had an idea that I might program a game for every system I had when I was a kid growing up.
This isn't quite what I meant back then. a couple of years ago - as it won't run on an Atari VCS, and I'm not 'racing the beam' with complex assembly language to make things happen.
I have, however, designed it to look almost like it is running on a 1970s console even though it actually runs on Windows 10 64-bit.
