Cap'n Rescue 3 Stable ZX Versions Available

August 25, 2016

A couple of months ago I announced the 128k ZX Spectrum test version of the third game in the 8-bit Cap'n Rescue series was available to try out.

Following that, I have been on/off plugging away at making suggested changes and creating a version that is bug free.

I couldn't squeeze in every suggestion, and at times the 'Editor RAM low' message appeared on my screen but, I can now present to you smooth-running and to the best of my knowledge glitch-less versions for the ZX Spectrum 48k, 128k, and Vega/ULA Plus enabled machines.

All versions of Cap'n Rescue: Reprisal, which sees classical period Cap'n Goode hunting for the secret to a witch's time travelling antics, are conveniently contained in a single download, complete with keymap for the ZX Spectrum Vega.

You can find that folder on the DOWNLOADS page of this website.

Please note - if you are linking to any of my downloads, please use the DOWNLOADS page URL, as it is far less likely to change than the specific file sharing link.

If you have any other queries, the FAQs page or instruction manual probably contain the answers. Although I am not being paid for this, I have done my best to make sure that everything is working and

relevant information easily accessible.

Thankyou, and enjoy!
